Affiliate dashboard and reports

Episode AFF 05 · Read your dashboard · 1:44 · KeepKey, step by step

Use Dashboard, Reports and Payouts in the affiliate portal  together. First confirm that the code and referral link belong to the account you intend to inspect. Then choose the reporting period and record its dates.

Read each measure separately

MeasureWhat it establishes
Visits or viewsRecorded referral activity within the result’s scope
Buy clicksRecorded intent to open the buying flow; not payment completion
Credited ordersOrders associated with the account by the credit rules
Pending commissionCredit still subject to the hold and release checks
Available balanceCommission currently eligible for a payout request
Payout historyRequests and their processing state; inspect the transaction reference where present

The current commission is $15 per qualifying order, with a 45-day pending period. Release also requires order verification and clearance of review holds. A projected release date is not a promised payout date. See Commission and payouts for the complete distinction.

Compare a consistent period

  1. Choose the same dates when comparing visits, orders and an assistant’s report.
  2. Note whether the result is a total, a chart bucket or a limited list of recent records.
  3. Compare the account identity and code before investigating a difference.
  4. Refresh once to obtain current values, then inspect the actual order or payout state.
  5. Record missing data as missing. An empty result does not establish that every event was measured, and a recent-order list is not an unlimited history.

Keep internal testing out of business conclusions. Opening your own referral link can create activity without creating a sale; your own purchase is not a qualifying self-referral commission.

Make a weekly report

Record the date range, visits, buy clicks, credited orders, pending commission, available balance and any unresolved checks. Add one practical next action, such as answering a repeated setup question with the matching guide.

Use the result to choose content that helps readers make progress. Do not present a rise in clicks as paid revenue or assume every pending amount will be released.

Connect your assistant to collect the same account data through MCP. If portal and tool results disagree, compare the period, limits and account first; include those details in a private support request.
